Superb place to stay while in Papamoa. The bed was comfortable and there were a dishwasher, air conditioner and a multi-channel television. We were offered fruit, eggs and bacon in the morning...

It was worth its 5 stars. Had AWESOME views and atmosphere. We loved to have evening drinks at Rain Bar & Restaurant, based nearby.
